Running around frantically

How come everytime you go on a trip you feel like you are running around frantically only to realize that you forgot something when you actually get to your vacation destination...

Work gets compressed into a shorter time and so does all that stuff that comes with the house responsibilities!

He's Just Not That Into You w/ Live Commentary

For Valentine's Day I was treated like a queen by my beloved. He woke me up to a TCO box with a beautiful necklace in it. Then we ate breakfast out then went shopping for the rest of the day. To top it all off we went to the movies and saw HJNTIY and it was a cute one. Michael compared it to Love Actually. It is the American version.

But one thing that I must warn you about is, if you don't like hearing live commentary at the theater for the movie you just paid $9 for then wait for the DVD. There was about half a theater full, only about 1/3 of them men, and a bunch of women that felt the need to comment during all the of the good parts and there were a lot of good parts.

So, if you are one of those people that talks during movies, shutup.

25 random things about me

1. I love my husband. He makes me laugh. He sits on the couch and looks really cute doing it. I like his glasses. He is one of the most creative people I know. He never half asses ANYTHING. He fixes anything just for me. He puts up with my retail homecomings and never complains about it.

2. Preschool never happened for me because I screamed and begged for my mom to take me home on the first day. Elementary school was ok. Middle school helped me break loose, socially. High school was waaay too much fun. I always want to go back. College was hard but it made me who I am today.

3. My profession is something I really cannot live without...for so many reasons.

4. My absolute favorite Friday night event is to come home, not worry about my house, put on some really comfy pj's, not talk about a lot, order dinner delivery, and watch a good movie...ALL with Michael.

5. I am secretly in love with Jessica Simpson. There, it's not a secret anymore.

6. New Kids on the Block LIVE makes me feel like I want to cry and like I need to throw up. It's really weird.

7. I am very sensitive and very into my emotional side no matter how much I tell people to suck it up and not be a baby. I am a huge baby.

8. Retail+me=BFF

9. I can't help but pay attention to fashion trends ALL OF THE TIME. I am so fascinated by them. And I have very very very strong opinions about them. I have been called a prima donna in my past and that is something I am working on. I have also been called a hater when someone is wearing something they think is cute and I talk about it. I try not to mean mug too much. Well, hold on, there was this time that this girl stepped on my Uggs at a store and I thought she was going to make friends with my fist. I stormed over to who I was and let off steam. I was so mad. I am LOL right now. Oh jeez I have issues.

10. I have a blog that is so loyal...like Wilson. Sometimes I am not so much.

11. I love working with people. I thrive on my HIGH I personality. Look it up on DISC.

12. I once dreamt of being on the Today show with Ann Curry and the gang. I actually still dream about that. Really, I will take anything...

13. I love Steel Magnolias, Clueless and White Chicks. I use lines from those movies in my day to day life.

14. I would leave VA to go to live the rest of my life in NYC if given the chance. In a heartbeat.

15. I have gas, like all of the time. Should I go to the doctor for that? I really think I have a problem and I don't want to take beano for the rest of my life.

16. I want children some day but REALLY scared of it. I think I know too much about parenthood and kids that it does scare me.

17. If I had kids I would buy them things (like CLOTHES) too much. I am scared of that too. I already started collecting things for them. There is another secret of mine.

18. I am so in love with my friends and my friends know who they are.

19. My family is nuts. I know where I come from though and I am not ashamed of it. In all seriousness, they are the most supportive people I know. They always want me to be happy and let me know that I could do and be anything.

20. Back to the movie thing...I like all kinds. I have seen way too many due to my husband's old job where we went at least twice a week. I love watching movies at the Westhampton too. If it has a lot of artistic value I will like it.

21. I am very critical of myself.

22. Dave Matthews Band makes everything all better. They give me that crying and throw up feeling when I see them. I am a total snob about seeing them too. I have to be close.

23. I use public restrooms a lot. I always have to go to the bathroom. Sucks.

24. I love social media. I tweet, I FB, I blog, I e-mail...

25. Deep down there is a girl that wants to dye her hair hot pink and see the world.
